The Largest Public High Schools is an organization that ranks the high schools. In a recent survey, it prepared a list of public high schools in all the 50 states. Out of These Institutes, we are going to rank the top 10 largest high schools in Texas.
Ranking Methodology
During the ranking calculations, the data base carried the records for more than 22,985 dissimilar public high schools. For the goals of this ranking, the public schools are supposed to be the institutes that are offering 12th grade and has the minimum 5 enrolled students. Furthermore, the institutes also have the average grade size of around 15 students in the school wide. However the schools that were unable to fulfill the minimum criteria as mentioned, were not included in the ranking.
North Shore Senior High School topped all the schools by the number of enrollment. It is a public school having around 4664 students in different grades from 9th-12th. It is spotted in Castlegory, Houston, Texas. The school enables the students to build good relationships with excellence. The school has more than 262 different reviews from which mostly are positive. As per the state standards, more than 80 percent students are considered much proficient in math and reading.

Skyline High School won the second spot in our rankings. It is also a public institute that is located in Dallas region of Texas. It has the great faculty members to teach the students with excellence. However, sometimes the teachers do not really focus on a single student. But the overall faculty to student ratio is good.
There are many factors that can force a student to leave the school or let you cancel the plan to study here. One of the major factors for this, is the highest annual fee. Here the academic fee is not as good as the students want.
The survey has revealed that around 78% students are proficient in math and 71% proficient in reading. With more than 4,289 students, it holds the second spot in our ranking list of largest Texas high schools. Out of these students around 52% are female, and 48% are male students.

Winning the Third Spot in our rankings isn’t other than the Woodlands High School that was established in 1996. It is a public high school located in Texas State. The School got various exemplary ratings from the Texas Education Agency. In 1998, the school was named as A Blue Ribbon School “by the U.S Education Department. The report has revealed that the average graduation rate of school is 98%. The proficient math students are around 95 percent and reading proficiency is estimated to 94 percent.
